GTM & Growth Marketing Lead

Remote · full-time · $90K–$140K

We're looking for someone who can take Better i18n from a well-built product to a well-known one. You'll own the entire growth engine — content, SEO, developer relations, email, and partner GTM. This isn't a "write blog posts" role. You'll shape how thousands of developers discover and evaluate us against Crowdin, Lokalise, and Phrase.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute a content-led growth strategy targeting developer and product team audiences
  • Own SEO — programmatic pages, technical content, link building, and SERP monitoring
  • Design and run email sequences for onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Launch and manage developer community initiatives (OSS contributions, Discord, events)
  • Create comparison and competitive positioning content that converts
  • Collaborate with engineering on product-led growth experiments
  • Track pipeline from first touch to closed deal — own the funnel metrics

You may be a fit if

  • 3+ years in growth, content marketing, or developer relations at a B2B SaaS or dev tools company
  • You've written technical content that ranked and converted — not just blog posts, but content that moved pipeline
  • Strong understanding of SEO — you can audit a site, build a keyword strategy, and execute it
  • Comfortable with analytics — you make decisions with data, not vibes
  • Excellent written communication in English

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to developers or engineering teams
  • Familiarity with i18n/l10n workflows
  • Background in Product Hunt launches, community building, or open source marketing
