By accessing or using Better i18n's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our localization platform for your business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our platform. You may not use our services for any illegal purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload to our platform. We do not claim ownership of your translations or project data.

License to Us: You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide our services to you.

5. Payment Terms

Fees: You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans.

6. Intellectual Property

The Better i18n platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Better i18n, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

Warranty Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. General Provisions

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Better i18n.
